For the 14th consecutive year, Panache, a Classic Party Rentals company, delivered event rentals and equipment to the sands of Miami’s South Beach. The SOBE Festival hosts the nation’s leading chefs, culinary personalities and wine and spirits producers in a series of interactive events spanning across a four-day festival. The venue hosted 3,000 guests each night and more than 120 chefs and restaurants. The Panache team supported the transformation of the North Venue into four distinct event spaces, which Panache then transformed daily with various themes. Leading up to the festival, Panache delivered more than 80 truckloads of event rental equipment providing cooking and catering equipment, specialty seating, linens, tabletop and more. The event rentals included over 1,700 square feet of cooking surface, food storage units capable of holding 7,000 cubic feet of ingredients and more than 3,600 square feet of mobile and static refrigerated space. Among notable event rentals was a unique 32,000 square-foot curve beam structure that sat on the North Venue, creating a focal point for the festival.
